The straightforward rules for buying from Jparts, using our site and commissioning custom prints.

1. Orders & pricing
All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where pricing is clearly incorrect.
2. Made-to-order products
Our products are printed for you after you order, so production time varies and is stated per product. Colours and finishes are shown as close as print technology allows; minor variation between prints is normal and expected.
3. Custom print requests
When you submit a file for a custom print, you confirm you own the rights to that model and that it does not infringe anyone else's IP. Quotes are valid for 30 days. We may decline requests that we can't print reliably or that infringe third-party rights.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout. We never see or store your card details — payment is processed by our payment provider over an encrypted connection.
5. Shipping & risk
Risk passes to you on delivery. Where we use tracked services, we remain responsible for replacement in the event of loss or damage (see our Shipping and Returns pages).
6. Returns & refunds
Our 30-day guarantee and returns policy are set out on the Returns page and form part of these terms. Custom items made to your specification are non-returnable for change of mind once printed.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, images and content on this site are owned by Jparts unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce our product designs or site content without permission.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. To the fullest extent permitted, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected products.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
