What we collect
To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address, and phone number if you choose to provide one. If you register an account we also store your password (encrypted) so you can sign back in.
How we use it
- To print, pack and deliver your order
- To send order and tracking updates by email
- To respond to support, quote and returns requests
- To improve our products and fix print issues
- We use anonymised analytics to understand how our site is used — nothing personally identifiable is shared
What we never do
- We never sell, rent or trade your personal information
- We never use your data for marketing without your opt-in
- We never store your card details — payments are handled by our payment provider
Cookies & local storage
Your cart, wishlist and sign-in session are stored in your browser's local storage so the site works when you return. We don't use intrusive third-party trackers.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing privacy@jparts3d.com. We'll respond within 30 days.
Keeping it secure
Passwords are hashed before storage, data is transferred over HTTPS, and only the minimum number of people have access to customer records.
