Shipping & delivery
Every print is made to order, checked and packed by hand, then handed to the courier. Here's exactly what to expect on timing and cost.

Production time
Because everything is printed to order, each product page lists its production time — most are 1–2 business days. That time starts once your payment clears and your order enters the print queue.
UK shipping rates
We offer two Royal Mail-tracked services within the UK, plus free shipping on orders over £50.00:
- Standard (2–4 working days) — £3.99
- Express (1–2 working days) — £6.99
- Free Standard — on orders over £50.00
Estimated delivery dates on product pages and at checkout combine production time plus transit. A typical order arrives in 5–8 business days from placing it.
International shipping
We ship to most European countries and selected worldwide destinations. Rates are calculated at checkout from your delivery address, and usually take 5–10 working days depending on the destination and customs.
Order tracking
You'll receive a dispatch email with a tracking link the moment your order leaves us. You can also check the live status any time on the Track Order page using your order number (e.g. JP-1061).
Damaged or lost in transit
If a parcel arrives damaged, we'll replace the part free of charge. If tracking shows a parcel hasn't moved for 5 business days or more, contact us and we'll open an investigation with the courier and reprint where appropriate.
Parcels are packed with the part protected against crush and drop. We reuse padded inserts where we can and keep packaging plastic-free.
