Frequently asked questions

Every item is printed to order. Most products ship within 1–2 business days of printing (we list the exact production time on each product page). UK standard delivery is 2–4 business days after dispatch, so most orders arrive within about a week. Express delivery is 1–2 business days.

We print in PLA+, PETG, ABS, TPU, Nylon and Resin. PLA+ suits everyday desk items, PETG adds durability outdoors, TPU is flexible and impact-resistant, and resin gives miniature-level detail. Each product page shows the materials that product is available in.

Yes. Most of our designs can be scaled or recoloured to fit your needs, and we regularly adapt products for specific measurements. Use the custom print form or message us through Contact and we'll confirm feasibility and price before printing anything.

FDM parts hold ±0.2 mm and resin parts ±0.05 mm on critical dimensions. We print with calibrated layer heights and inspect every part against the 3D model before dispatch.

Shipping within the UK is free on orders over £50. Orders below that are £3.99 standard or £6.99 express.

If a part arrives damaged, incorrect or not to spec, we'll replace it or refund you in full within 30 days — no return shipping on our mistakes. Because prints are made to order, custom items can be returned if faulty, but not for change-of-mind (see our Returns page).

You'll get a tracking email the moment your order ships. You can also enter your order number on the Track Order page any time to see the live status — from printing to dispatched to delivered.

Absolutely. Upload an STL, OBJ or STEP file through the Custom Printing page. We'll review it for printability, send you a fixed quote, and only start once you approve. Files stay confidential and are never shared.

STL, OBJ and STEP for 3D models, plus DXF/DWG for 2D drawings. If you only have an image or a sketch, that's fine too — we can model it for you (modelling is quoted separately).

Currently we ship within the UK and to most of Europe. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
